4. Orders, Pricing, & Availability

Menu items, prices, and nutritional data are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order, including after confirmation, if an item is unavailable or an error is detected.

5. Nutrition & Allergen Disclaimer

Our kitchens are 100% gluten‑free and use no seed oils; however, all food is prepared in facilities that may process major allergens. Despite best practices, cross‑contact is possible. Nutritional data is estimated and not evaluated by the FDA. Always consult your healthcare professional regarding any dietary concerns.

6. Third-Party Services & Couriers

The Services link to third‑party ordering sites and use independent couriers. Springbone is not liable for acts, omissions, or delays of such third parties once an order leaves our premises.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold Springbone harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Binding Arbitration & Class‑Action Waiver: Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by final, binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Venue shall be New York County, NY. You and Springbone waive any right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

12. Severability & Assignment

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. We may assign our rights and obligations; you may not without consent.
