As young professionals living in New York, co-founders Sam & Jordan struggled to find the time to prepare wholesome, nutritious home-cooked meals for themselves. They searched obsessively for the best options for take-out and delivery, but were left consistently disappointed by what they found. Even so-called “healthy” restaurants didn’t serve the simple, wholesome, unadulterated food they craved.
They knew they could do better.
